Established in 1992, our client is now one of the UK's largest personal lines insurance brokers. Due to growth and progressive expansion plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Director to join their highly successful team.

As the Marketing Director, your key focus will be on developing and growing the B2C sales and marketing strategy.
As an integral part of the business, you will play an instrumental role in within the company.
Your duties will include:
- Driving profitability by developing propositions and online and offline strategies - Managing and co-ordinating agency resources and the marketing planning team - Leading and managing relationships with media, CRM and SEO agencies - Planning marketing campaigns and developing brands
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Exceptional experience of brand development, marketing propositions and product development - Strong experience of planning marketing campaigns - A proven track record of developing propositions and online and offline strategies - Agency management skills
