Job Description
You will be responsible for maximising organic growth through effective management of a cross platforms roadmap of SEO initiatives. You will advocate, manage and drive new usage through SEO whilst promoting best-practice behaviours for searches and social media. The successful candidate will need at least 1-2 years experience in search engine optimisation; will have managed SEO improvements for another organisation with demonstrable results, ideally in a retail/DIY/home improvement context.

Required skills & experience * Proven track record of delivering SEO results in competitive, within industry. * Hands on SEO experience. * Enthusiastic and passionate about search SEO. * Well organised and able to multitask; can handle pressure and work to deadlines. * Have excellent and extensive technical, on page and linking strategy knowledge & skills. SEO/On Page/Off Page/HTML/Organic/Web Analytics/Social Media * Able to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO strategies. * Able to assess the performance of SEO activity. * Experience in link strategies and social media marketing is desirable.
